Thank you for your interest in Nancy The Label. Each piece is lovingly packed and shipped from our Sydney studio with the same care that goes into every design. We want your experience with us to feel special from start to finish — which is why we’ve subsidised our shipping rates for our much-valued customers. Full details are outlined below.

Your orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from when payment is received. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent via email once the order has been shipped. All deliveries are made via Australia Post.

If you have special instructions relating to your delivery, please be sure to indicate these on the delivery instructions as you are checking out. 

Please be advised that Nancy The Label has no control of your order once it has been dispatched. Should you have concerns in relation to time frames or items being left at the property, please make contact directly with Australia Post.
